With over 20 years experience, Michael Maggiacomo is a seasoned attorney who listens to clients, develops strategies, solves problems and understands the complexities of your legal matter.
In the courtroom, attorney Maggiacomo has represented criminal defendants in the Danielson GA and Part A utilizing all diversionary programs such as AR, AEP, FVEP, DEP, and Drug and Domestic Violence courts. His extensive courtroom experience includes, but is not limited to, trials, judicial pre-trials, and pre-trials. He has expert knowledge in the use of the PSI and making Right to Argue cases, motions for bail and its modification, and direct and cross examination for competency hearing purposes. His decades of experience has honed his skills to interview clients, review discovery and explain the evidentiary and trial process to assist clients in making the right decisions. He also represents clients under the age of 18 in delinquency and child protection matters in the Willimantic Juvenile court.
